Our process will be embodied + experimental.
We will show up as peers. I’ll come with my whole self, and you’ll come with yours.
With respect and reverence for the time you are in, we’ll be present with what has come to you, turning toward what’s here, what’s heavy, what hurts.
I won’t recommend 3 quick strategies to “all better” or try to fix you. Instead, we’ll wonder aloud about what you’re up to, wrestle with hard things, and (if it feels good to you) explore uncommon ways of taking good care.
We may practice nervous system regulation, or get to know your inner parts, or pull tarot cards, or meditate together, or speak practically about next steps, or violently lament the way things are… or… you decide. All of the tools in my tool bag are at your disposal. It’s all in service of what you need right here, right now.
